Odds For The 2010 Millie Fox Stakes

February 26th, 2010

As the fourth race to be held at the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse this Saturday, odds for the 2010 Millie Fox Stakes are hotting up, and there are two stand-out favourites.

Topping the odds at the moment is Montana Flyer at $2.70. Drawing the wide ninth barrier has not hindered her odds, which proves the four-year-old is most definitely strong enough to win the Group 3 event.

Topping the odds at the moment is Montana Flyer at $2.70.

Coming into the 2010 Millie Fox Stakes, Montana Flyer is closely followed by the Michael Nolan-trained Chakvetadze, who is starting at $3.60.
Rounding out the odds for the top-three favourites is Strawberry Field at $5, and starting from the eighth of nine barriers, needs to nip across the field early to provide punters with a satisfactory win.

Magic Model and Bejewelled are two to watch as they come in to the 2010 Millie Fox Stakes at $10 and $12 respectively. Joseph Pride-trained Bejewelled drew the inside barrier, and if the mare uses the associated advantage to its utmost, would give out a good win.

Rounding out the odds is Subtle Cove at $26. Starting from the fifth barrier, the five-year-old could upset the odds, and take her first Group win.

Also running on Saturday, alongside the 2010 Millie Fox Stakes, at the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse will be the Group 2 Silver Slipper Stakes (1100m) and the Group 2 Hobartville Stakes (1400m).
